Runtai Co., Ltd. News — On September 1, the Women’s Team event of the World Bridge Series concluded in Katowice, Poland. In the final, Jiangsu Runtai Women’s Team competed against Team BAKER, a combined squad of Polish and American players, and took home the silver medal of this championship, earning honors for Chinese bridge sports.

The McConnell Cup is the highest level women's team bridge event in the world, gathering top teams from across the globe. Throughout the tournament, players of Jiangsu Runtai Women's Team demonstrated seamless coordination, staying calm and composed in bidding and play. They advanced through multiple rounds of intense competition to reach the final. Facing a squad composed of players from two countries, the enterprise sponsored team fought until the very last deal, fully showcasing the competitive spirit of Chinese female bridge players.

Meanwhile, the women's pairs semifinals were in full swing at this year's championships, with several Chinese female players advancing to the semifinal stage. Wang Nan and Ren Xingsi from Jiangsu Runtai Women's Team, finishing first in the Group B semifinal, advanced to the Group A final to compete for a higher ranking.
