Runtai Co., Ltd. News — On the afternoon of May 11, the Party Members' Congress of CPC Runtai New Materials Co., Ltd. opened amid the majestic national anthem. All Party members gathered together and successfully completed the general Party branch committee replacement election. They discussed new approaches for Party building led development and embarked on a new journey toward high-quality corporate growth.

This congress was convened in strict accordance with the “Constitution of the Communist Party of China” and the “Regulations on the Election Work of Primary-Level Organizations of the Communist Party of China”, fully safeguarding the democratic rights of all Party members and successfully completing the core task of the general Party branch committee‑replacement election. By means of secret ballot and competitive election, the congress elected the Second Committee of the General Party Branch of CPC Runtai New Materials Co., Ltd. Following solemn voting and standardized vote counting, the congress officially announced the election results: the Second Committee of the General Party Branch is composed of the following seven comrades: Lu Xiaosong, Liu Wei, Yang Ping, Yang Yue, Yang Zhi, Song Wenguo, and Cui Qian. Comrade Cui Qian was elected Secretary of the General Party Branch; Comrade Lu Xiaosong was elected Deputy Secretary; Comrade Yang Ping was elected Discipline Inspection Committee Member; Comrade Yang Yue was elected Organization Committee Member; and Comrade Liu Wei was elected Publicity Committee Member.

Zhang Shiyuan, Chairman of the Company, delivered an important speech. Chairman Zhang stated that to further streamline the corporate governance structure, clarify the division of powers and responsibilities, advance full time and standardized operation of Party building work, and in light of the overall long-term development of the enterprise, he would step down from his post as Secretary of the General Party Branch. He will continue to fully support all work of the General Party Branch and uphold the core orientation of enterprise development guided by Party building.

He put forward clear requirements for the new General Party Branch committee and all Party members: strengthen political leadership and consolidate the foundation of Party building, safeguarding enterprise development through high-quality Party building; deepen the integration of Party building and business operations, and polish the Party building brand of "Cultivating the Red of Party Building, Adding Color to the Blue of Runtai," making the vanguard power of Party members a red driving force for enterprise development; build a strong Party member team, practice the corporate core values, and unite the collective efforts of all employees. He expressed the hope that the new committee would live up to the trust and fulfill its duties, and that all Party members would remain true to their original aspiration and strive for excellence, jointly contributing red strength to the sustained and healthy development of the company.
