To deeply listen to the voices of female entrepreneurs, precisely align with enterprise development needs, and effectively play the bridge and bond role of the Women's Federation as a "supportive family," on the morning of May 13, a delegation of leaders — including Li Bei, Chairwoman of Taizhou Municipal Women's Federation; Li Zheng, Vice Chairwoman; Xu Ying, Head of the Organization Department; Zhu Ping, Chairwoman of Taixing Municipal Women's Federation; Ge Ping, Vice Chairwoman; and Zhang Yunhong, Head of the Organization Department — made a special visit to Runtai Chemical for investigation and guidance. They listened to the voices of female entrepreneurs, precisely aligned with enterprise needs, and injected warm feminine strength into corporate development. Ms. Song Wenjuan, Chairwoman of Runtai Chemical, personally received the delegation, and Ms. Cui Qian, Vice Chairwoman of the company's Women's Federation, accompanied throughout the visit.

The Women's Federation delegation first toured the company exhibition hall and central control room. They learned about Runtai Chemical’s technical strengths built through long-term dedication to the industry and its notable development achievements, for which they expressed full affirmation and high recognition. Afterwards, both sides held a cordial, practical, candid and in-depth forum exchange at the company Women's Federation Studio. During the forum, the company gave visiting leaders a detailed report on specific measures regarding corporate culture, employee care and job role empowerment.

After listening to the report, Chairwoman Li Bei spoke highly of all aspects of Runtai Chemical's work.
