From the tentative steps of its early days to the steady progress of today, from quiet dedication to outstanding achievements, every step of growth embodies the sincerity and perseverance of all Runtai people; every achievement reflects the original aspiration and commitment of "Happy Runtai."

Runtai Co., Ltd. has long embedded the "people-oriented" philosophy into the core of its corporate culture. It prioritizes and delivers tangible support for employees’ physical and mental well-being, making "happiness" the warm underpinning of corporate development. On the occasion of its 16th anniversary, the company has forgone elaborate celebrations. Instead, it presented all staff with a thoughtful exclusive health gift: professional TCM wellness experts were invited on site to share knowledge on Wuming Zhan (Nameless Stance) health preservation. The themed activity "Wellness Stance Practice Session" was carefully organized. Drawing on traditional wellness principles, the event safeguards the physical health of every member of the Runtai family, fosters a positive mental outlook, and conveys genuine care to every employee.

The event was filled with warmth. TCM experts shared their knowledge generously, carefully explaining the wellness principles behind “Wuming Zhuang”, guiding the stance movements hand in hand, and patiently correcting every detail. Through accessible explanations and professional, meticulous guidance, employees easily discovered a new approach to health and wellness in an immersive learning experience, effectively relieving work fatigue and building a solid foundation for physical and mental well-being.

From attentive listening and repeated reflection, to diligent practice and constant pursuit of excellence, and then to fierce competition and full dedication, every Runtai employee demonstrates a fine demeanour of initiative, solidarity and vigour. This is the most vivid practice of Runtai’s corporate culture, and also the truest and most touching embodiment of "Happy Runtai".

Following professional and rigorous evaluation by experts, the top 50 participants were selected from more than 150 employees taking part in the activity. Subsequent knockout rounds were held for top 20, top 10 and top 3 contenders, with winners receiving exclusive rewards ranging from RMB 2,000 to RMB 5,000. These rewards represent recognition of employees’ active engagement and full commitment, and serve as a heart warming footnote to "Happy Runtai". The company’s growth stems from the dedication and contributions of every member of the Runtai family.
