Storage method:

Store in a cool, well-ventilated warehouse. Stay away from fire and heat sources. Keep the container sealed. It should be stored separately from oxidants, reducing agents, and alkalis, and should not be stored together. Explosion-proof lighting and ventilation facilities are used. The use of mechanical equipment and tools that are prone to sparks is prohibited.  The storage area should be equipped with spill emergency response equipment and suitable containment materials.

A transparent, colorless liquid with a strong, pungent odor, it is an important chemical intermediate. It is mainly used for the synthesis of isobutyric acid esters, such as isobutyric anhydride, methyl isobutyrate, propyl isobutyrate, isobutyl isobutyrate, isoamyl isobutyrate, hexadecanediester, etc., as well as the synthesis of isobutyryl chloride. It can be used in photoinitiators, edible fragrances, pharmaceuticals and other fields.
