News – To learn from the advanced management experience of industry benchmark enterprises, broaden development horizons, and build consensus on development, from April 15 to 16, Zhang Shiyuan, Chairman of Runtai Co., Ltd., personally led a delegation of company management representatives and key marketing personnel to visit multiple industry benchmark enterprises in Anhui for exchange activities. The visit aimed to promote improvement through mutual learning and seek development through exchange and cooperation.

During the trip, the Runtai Co., Ltd. team visited seven benchmark enterprises: Anhui Skshu Paint Co., Ltd., Beixin Carpoly Coatings (Anhui) Co., Ltd., Anhui Henghe New Materials Co., Ltd., Anhui Ruosifu New Material Technology Co., Ltd., Anhui Kedi New Materials Co., Ltd., Anhui Guangcheng New Material Technology Co., Ltd. and Anhui Jiyang Industrial Co., Ltd. They held in-depth discussions with company leaders and key business staff from these visited enterprises, observed and studied their standardized management models and efficient operation systems on site, and drew on advanced development experience.

During the exchanges, Chairman Zhang Shiyuan presented a copy of the book Runtai: Ten Yearsto each visited enterprise. Using the book as a medium, he conveyed the company's development philosophy, strengthened mutual friendship, and laid the foundation for building a long-term bridge for exchange and cooperation.
