Runtai Co., Ltd. News – Youth burns like fire, and striving resounds like a song. To carry forward the spirit of the May 4th Movement and strengthen team cohesion and combat effectiveness, on May 4, Runtai Co., Ltd. organized young employees to gather at Jiangyan Qinhu Oasis for a May 4th team building activity themed "'Run' Nurtures Youth, 'Tai' Gathers Young Talents." Leaving behind the busyness of their posts for a while, everyone wandered among the lake scenery and greenery, freely discussing their original aspirations, sharing growth, and moving forward together in unity — embarking on a passionate and warm appointment with youth.

Youth Gathers, Aspirations Shared for Growth

The event officially kicked off amid the stirring tune of Song of Runtai. Participants took turns introducing themselves, sharing their work post experiences, insights from joining the company, and personal aspirations. This open hearted exchange bridged gaps between one another, deepened mutual understanding, and fostered team bonds.

Later, young employee representatives Ding Hao, Dong Wenhua and Yan Rui delivered speeches. Based on their respective positions, they sincerely shared their growth and transformation since joining the company, work experience and career plans. In plain spoken words, they told youth stories of growing and forging ahead together with Runtai.

Yang Yue, Secretary of the Youth League Branch, delivered a speech. She encouraged all young staff to carry forward the spirit of the May 4th Movement, value the growth platform provided by the company, take root in their posts with youthful energy, and demonstrate the responsibility of young people through ordinary perseverance.

Chairman Zhang Shiyuan attended the event in person and delivered heartfelt remarks. He fully affirmed the responsibility and contributions of young employees in the company's development, and encouraged all young staff to maintain their vitality, act with diligence and pragmatism, and bravely take on heavy responsibilities. He pointed out that at Runtai, effort brings opportunities, and expressed the hope that everyone would integrate personal ideals into the broader picture of corporate development and achieve extraordinary results in ordinary positions. At the same time, he required the labor union and the Communist Youth League to focus on caring for the daily life and physical mental growth of unmarried young employees, sustaining the warmth of the Runtai family and delivering genuine people centered care.

In the afternoon, Qinhu Oasis enjoyed refreshing breezes and lush greenery. Fun team building games got underway. Participants were randomly divided into groups, cooperating with tacit understanding and joint efforts. They relieved work pressure through competitive challenges and built team cohesion amid cheers. Every round of collaboration, every contest and every burst of laughter reflected the vibrant, united and enterprising spirit of Runtai’s young employees.

After the team building games, an outdoor barbecue got underway in a warm atmosphere. Everyone divided tasks and worked together, grilling food by hand. They sat in a circle, chatting freely about daily work, moments of life, and future aspirations. Laughter and cheerful conversation echoed through the woods, fully showcasing the warmth and affection of the Runtai family.

Young employees gained joy and friendship, and built team cohesion as well as drew motivation for progress through communication, sharing and teamwork.
